Almost There!!!
Wow... I, and my wrists, feel like I've been working on this thing forever! It's ALMOST done :) One more round of sc around the edges and then figuing out how to sew it to the fleece. I'm soooo excited!!!
I decided to copy part of the square as the border. I think it turned out pretty... It's basically a round of shells, then a round of chains and then a round of dc on the chains in the next round... Sorry if that sounds complicated!
I am so in love with this blanket, how am I going to give it up??? Only to my bestest friend, cause I know she'll love it :)

Your blanket is so beautiful!
I can't believe you are giving it away. It's a real piece of art!
Oh...my...goodness. You are so very talented! That is truly a work of art!
Ive backed my crochet afghan from time to time. And the easiest way I found to do them was tac and tie like quilting. Then I would just run a whip stich all around the piece once I had the whole thing tacked down.
Its really pretty I might even try making one:) Congrats!
I do absolutely love this blanket. It looks so lacey. Really, you have done just a great job. Can I be your bestfriend? Love, Esther
Nice work! I love that the squares are all in just one color! You really should be proud of yourself=D
Do you even realize how talented you are????????????!!!!!!!!!!!
