Swaps and Stuff

Well, I think I finished everything to send to my partner... And look, I knitted :)

Can you see the "N"? I don't know about knitting, tho... My wrists HURT! I wonder why it's more straining than crochet? Hmmm...

Anyways, now back to something for me... I just need to make the back, which I think I've decided to do in a kinda random stripey pattern, then the sides and the straps... That's not much, right? By the way, can you tell that I made two of the squares with a bigger hook? I'm hoping when it's all made, you won't be able to notice :(

Your bag is going to be so cute! I can't tell that you used two different needles, but, I'm not a crocheter.

Knitting with all-cotton yarn is really hard on the hands, I've never been able to do it myself. A bit of microfiber makes cotton more bearable.

I keep looking at your Indian rug and thinking that it's a picture of the fabric for my study's drapes...

Take care.

Very nice! And if anyone notices the change in hook size, tell 'em, "I meant to do that!" After all, a true artist never really follows the rules!
